2010 Honda CR-V

The 2010 Honda CR-V received exterior and interior upgrades, new features, better fuel economy and more power. The front fascia is updated with a new grille and bumper design, the hood is reshaped, rear bumper is new and EX and EX-L trims include new 10-spoke alloy wheels. Power from the 2.4-liter inline 4-cylinder is improved by 14 horsepower to 180 horsepower with improved fuel economy of 21/28 mpg city/highway for 2WD and 21/27 mpg city/highway with Real Time 4WD. Inside the audio system has a gray/black color scheme with blue backlighting and the Multi-Information Display background is also blue. A center console replaces the retractable center tray table on the CR-V EX-L with navigation.

"The Honda CRV wins hands down for comfort, reliability, cargo space, and provides a smooth ride. Before buying I did my research, tested many SUV's and for the compact SUV's the Honda CRV was the best quality for the price. The Interior is my favorite quality of the vehicle. It is very comfortable with easy and convent controls in reach. The ride is very smooth with good pick for a V4 engine. The only other major player in my research was the Rav 4.

Pros:I bought mine in august 0f 2010 and have loved it from the first day. The drivers seat fits me better than any car I have ever owned. The interior room is very deceiving. Much bigger than it looks like from the outside. I think it could use a little more power for passing. I have taken trips out of town and driven 80 mph all day with no problems.

Pros:Nice combination of engine and transmission. 29-31.5mpg at 63mph is a little better than expected on a trip to mid Maine coast. Good handling and ride with comfortable seats.
Rear visibility not too restricted. I didn't see any need to move beyond the LX model.
Quality seems very good. Weighs 400lbs less than very good Equinox.
Cons:Stock tires might not last that long or be the best quality.

On extremely hot days, the AC does have to hard to cool this black vehicle, even at highway speeds. ride was very rough, but it was due to factory tires. did an early swap out to Michelins, now it rides great, and the mpg even improved. totally dependable, love going longer between oil changes. Great car and and I would buy another.

Pros:Stlying, a head turner. Agility in driving around curves and corners will make a car buff smile. We purchased a 2010 Honda CR-V w/navigation. Amazing features which satifies ones creature comforts. Large viewing windshield. 10 way power driver seat is great especially for my wife who is 5'2" with eyes of blue. The voice command navigation and hands-free-link will amaze anyone who loves technology. Audio sound system excellent. Very roomy for crossover.

Pros:The front vision is good as well as side vision, but the rear vision is less than desireable. The paint quality is excellent.
Cons:At 3700 miles developed rattle in the underside front end and dealer in Arizona (our home in Iowa) could not find the noise after 4.5 hours. Another noise was present during the the time to the dealer and could not find it either. In the meantime I have located the noise and it is believed to be in the moon roof mechanism.

Pros:The CR-V is what is stated to be, a compact SUV. I own a 2010 EX-L 4WD and both my wife and I love it. This is the second CR-V that we own, our previous was a 2007 LX 4WD. BOTH are outstanding !!
Cons:Seating is a touch hard, but it is not a deal breaker.
Overall review:Great value in a compact SUV overall.

"I have been very happy with my new car. Already using the heated seats. Have a free subscription for a few months for XM radio and surprisingly am really enjoying it. Smooth ride. Only regret is regular radio is not the type that shows the song playing and miss that (and didn't check about it before buying). Have had no mechanical or even cosmetic issues, which sometimes with a new car, something is always off, but not with this one. Cover in the back is very cool.

"I purchased my 2010 CR-V EX-L w/nav as a dealer demo with 4k miles. CR-V now has 18.5k. The cabin is extremely comfortable, the power seat adjustments and tilt/telescope wheel help find the perfect positon. All of the controls are well laid out, and I especially like the smaller glove box that contains the USB port; keeps the i-pod and wires hidden. The CD changer is also well hidden. The upgraded factory sound system sounds as good as my former BMW with HK sound.
