"My dad and i went to Prime Honda this past monday. I have always been a honda fan, so i was hoping to get my dad to want one too! After test driving a few options, my dad fell in love with the 20011 CR-V!!!Our sales person, Maria Surprenant was great!! She showed us all the different features the suv had and made sure to go over every button before we left."

Truely The Best

"It may not be the prettiest or cutest, it may not be the fastest or the most fun to drive, What it is , is, practical, reliable, comfortable and trustworthy. Lets face it, its like the scout of vehicles, like being in your own home. Many really like going to a fancy hotel but you always like your own bed and coming home, This is what the CR-V is like. A creature of comfort and you can not go wrong with that!"

"so far so good"

Reviewed on: autos.msn.com
Rating: 4.5 out of 5
Pros:We like the amount of room inside and the fact that with only a 4 cylinder engine that's good on gas it still has plenty of pep. Lot's of space behind the back seat and really like the folddown armrest/cupholder in the rear seat. Lots of headroom. Cons:The cloth seats seem to pick up lint all the time and are hard to keep clean compared to other cars I've owned in the past. I find I'm vacuuming them every week.

Saftey at its Best

"I purchased a 2011 CR-V EX model and really loved it. Two weeks after I purchased, I was hit head on by another driver. The car did exactly what it was supposed to. It absorbed all the impact in the front and crumpled to avoid anything coming inside the cabin. I walked away from the accident with only bruises. I have never been more happy with a vehicle's performance after a collision. I would absolutely recommend this car to everyone."

Glad with my purchase

Cons: I don't agree with all the criticism about not having a V-6 option. Pros: The ride is very car like, has the power and styling I was looking for. The roominess is more than enough to transport 3 high school baseball players and gear. I haven't missed the space I had with the 7 passenger mini van I traded in. Why are the experts always thinking drivers want speed and power? With gas prices up and down and construction everywhere what can you do with it if you have it.

So good so far.......

Cons: Taking a while for gas mileage to get here Pros: Reliable, appearance, functionality Looked at several models and settled between Ford Escape and CR-V. Most reviews of Ford liked the car, but kept referring to CR-V as better. Test drove both, and found them similar, but went with Honda due to reviews and reputation-my wife has had two and put on over 500K miles on them. Fit and finish is just fine. Car is quiet, and the leather seats are quite comfortable.

Pros: it is a terrific upgrade for me because i am a previous CRV owner 1998, 2000, 2002. the 180 horsepower is very nice, very quiet, nice to drive. Back-up video is great. Cons: when the wind is strong you can hear wind noise, navi is a bit cumbersome in first learning how to use it! 21-27 MPG is a bit low!

"The Honda CRV an excellent CUV and it's size is perfect"

Reviewed on: reviews.cnet.com
Rating: 4.5 out of 5
Pros: I leased the 2011 CRV 4WD for my wife after driving it for a month and my Pontiac Torrent's lease ending, I leased another one. The CRV drives and handles like a car, I guess it's due to the fact it's built on the Civic platform. Great in the snow Cons: Gas 15/16 mpg in the city isn't near the window sticker, but that's also due to the fact with any car the enthanol addition in the winter drags the mileage down.

average but reliable transportation

"Average performance, somewhat buzzy motor. The motor as was said has very modest torque under 2500 rpm, but largest downside is transmission ratio of 5th gear. The 5th gear is very tall and impractical under 60 mph. Acceleration in 5th under 60 mph is only a dream so you end up driving somewhat aggesively to compensate for the large GAP between 4th and 5th that is very noticeable. Honda R&D should have caught this one seems to me, rather obvious.

"I've always wanted to own a CR-V and finally the day came true. I am more than happy with it.. If I had the extra money to spend at the time, I would of gone with all the extras, EX-L and Navi, but I am just as happy with cloth(EX) and a GPS unit. I have two kids 2yr and 7mo and we all fit rather comfortabley. The back end is quite spacious, as I have a tandem stroller and still have room for more things.

"Good vehicle and happy with my purchase."

Pros:I have driven for 4 months now and appears to be a very well constructed vehicle. More than enough power to reach crusing speed when entering freeways and mountain driving conditions. Very little outside noise during when driven during busy freeway times. Good visability to see ahead and from side to side when driving. Runs very smoothly and my expectation is that it will run with very little maintence required as with my previous Honda's.
